Service Requests

Customers may submit service requests through our website, email, or other approved communication channels.
Datronix reserves the right to accept or reject service requests at its sole discretion.

Remote IT Support Services

Remote support services are provided using secure remote access tools such as TeamViewer or other approved platforms.
By requesting remote support services, the customer authorizes Datronix personnel to access the customerโ€™s device solely for the purpose of diagnosing and resolving the reported issue.
The customer remains responsible for supervising the remote session and may terminate access at any time.

Payments

Payment is required before the commencement of any paid support session or service engagement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All fees are displayed or communicated prior to service delivery.
Datronix reserves the right to suspend or refuse services for unpaid invoices.

Refund Policy

If Datronix determines that the reported issue cannot be resolved remotely and no reasonable solution can be provided within the agreed service scope, the customer may be eligible for a full refund.
Refunds will not be issued where:

  • The issue has been successfully resolved.
  • The customer refuses to follow troubleshooting instructions.
  • The customer terminates the session before troubleshooting is completed.
  • The issue is caused by hardware failure, third-party service outages, manufacturer restrictions, or factors outside Datronixโ€™s control.
  • The requested work falls outside the originally agreed service scope.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding the reported issue.
  • Maintain backups of important files and data.
  • Ensure they have legal authority to grant access to the device or system.
  • Cooperate with Datronix personnel during troubleshooting activities.

Data Backup

Customers are solely responsible for maintaining backups of their systems, software, files, and data.
Datronix shall not be responsible for any loss of data, corruption, or system damage occurring before, during, or after service delivery.

No Guarantee of Resolution

While Datronix will make reasonable efforts to diagnose and resolve technical issues, not all issues can be resolved remotely.
Datronix does not guarantee that every issue can be fixed, especially where factors outside its control are involved.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Datronix shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of revenue
  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of business opportunities
  • Data loss
  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Datronixโ€™s total liability arising from any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Privacy

Datronix processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
By using our website or services, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Services

Datronix reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
